Our team is looking for a motivated individual to join our team this Fall.

An ideal candidate has experience in kitchen and/or customer service.

- Starting pay is $15/hour PLUS hourly tips (total hourly pay = $20-30/hour)

The responsibilities of our employees are multi-faceted. Duties include: register and customer interaction, food prep, short order food items, and maintaining a clean work environment. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, while effectively communicating and working collaboratively as a team. Must have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

High Tide Juice Co. offers fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, and food items to the community while catering to a variety of eaters - such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. We value eating locally, sustainably, and organic whenever possible. While the nature of our business is fast paced, we believe that eating should be a slow and shared experience. Taking time to build a meal is important to the health of our bodies, the sharing of culture, and our connection with one another. Through this business we hope to share our love of growing, cooking and eating food with our customers and our employees.

Meet our team

Rose - owner

Rose’s background is in garden and cooking-based education. She purchased High Tide in 2021 hoping to share her passion for growing & cooking plant-based foods with her community.

Emma

Emma gets the party started at HTJ. Whenever she’s behind the counter the music is bumping, and the crew is having a good time. So much fun, you might want to apply to work with us!

Alex

Alex is an organic vegetable farmer at Greenview Farm in South Kingstown, RI - where we source a lot of our veggies! During the winter season you can usually find him at the shop slinging juice and chatting up customers.

Parker

Parker never fails to put a smile on your face! Whether you are a returning customer we see weekly, or visiting the shop for the first time, Parker is always quick to offer up a good recommendation from the menu, or a good conversation.

AARON

Aaron has been a vegan for 18+ year and is extremely knowledgeable about plant-based eating. He is skilled in a variety of activities from music, to skating, to yoga & brings so much joy to our team!

Julianna

Julianna makes everyone feel right at home when you visit the juice bar. She is kind and gentle-hearted & for her first job in food service she is skilled and hardworking. She will be transitioning to a new job this fall for Veritable Distillery in Mystic, stay tuned to visit her there!
