Rose - owner

Rose’s background is in garden and cooking-based education. She purchased High Tide in 2021 hoping to share her passion for growing & cooking plant-based foods with her community.

Caroline (Left)

Caroline is the queen of fun t-shirts, which can usually spark up a conversation at the register. The nitro freeze and buffalo chickpea wrap are her go-to favorites on the menu, always!

Emma (right)

Emma gets the party started at HTJ. Whenever she’s behind the counter the music is bumping, and the crew is having a good time. So much fun, you might want to apply to work with us!

Sarah

Sarah has been a part of the High Tide team since Rose took over in the fall of 2021! She has been an important part of our menu revamp, always thinking up new specials. She is the queen of tropical, fruity smoothies! She also hates having her picture taken so don’t tell her I put this here :)

Alex

Alex is an organic vegetable farmer at Greenview Farm in South Kingstown, RI - where we source a lot of our veggies! During the winter season you can usually find him at the shop slinging juice and chatting up customers.
